Maskeel El Dal

אַשְׁרֵי מַשְׂכִּ֣יל אֶל־דָּ֑ל בְּי֥וֹם רָ֜עָ֗ה יְמַלְּטֵ֥הו ​
יְהֹוָֽה׃
Praiseworthy is he who looks after the needy; on a day of calamity Hashem will rescue him .
